Applying to college in Delaware just got a lot easier. From now until Nov. 21 all of Delaware’s higher education institutions are waiving application fees as part of the state’s College Application Month Campaign.
Delaware’s campaign is part of the American College Application Campaign® (ACAC), a national initiative overseen by ACE that seeks to increase the number of first-generation and low-income students who pursue postsecondary education. ACAC this fall is reaching nearly 200,000 students in all 50 states.
Every Delaware high school is taking part in the campaign this fall. At application events in Delaware and across the country, students apply to college during the school day, while receiving mentoring and hands-on help completing the applications.
